  1. Start your order

To start your order, you have to select “Do laundry“. Then, choose the category (dry cleaning, laundry, carpets, duvet washing, etc.) and tell us what garments you would like to have serviced.

  1. Address and schedule

When you have your selected items, you can choose the address, the day and the time you want us to pick up and deliver your clothes. You can select the ones that best suit you within the hours available in the App from Monday to Sunday. In addition, you can select a different collection and delivery address.

If you have a coupon, this is the time to use it! Enter it in the section “Do you have a coupon?“And the discount will be applied automatically. You can check the Washrocks coupons here or in the “Promotions” section of our Android or iOS app.

  1. Comment section and laundry’s summary

Here, you can write to us in comments if there were any difficulties or confrontations regarding your order. The more information we have, the better!

Next, we will show you the general summary of your order so you can verify your address, timetables and if all the items you want to include in your order.

  1. Make the payment

You are almost done! You just need to enter your card details to end the purchase process or use PayPal.

  1. How do I prepare my laundry?

Easy! You just have to have your clothes ready so that when we go to pick it up, you can put it in our WASHROCKS bags that our carrier will provide you. If you have placed orders for different categories (dry cleaning, laundry, leather, etc.), you have to separate your clothes for each of the categories. Thus, each garment will go to the specialized washing center that corresponds in each case.

For your carpets, we also make it easy for you: you just have to roll up or fold your carpet. When our carrier arrives, it will be delivered in the blink of an eye.

  1. Collection and delivery

Our transporter will arrive at your house with enough WASHROCKS bags for your dirty garments. They will ask for your name as confirmation and will confirm that your service is correct.

For your peace of mind, we will always send you an email notification to remind you of the collection and delivery times that you have chosen.
